"Directive 19" is a VERY clever fraud. Fiction. he wrote a Second World War fantasy story. Harker has put his fake protagonist Schiller in the middle of FAR too many really major events in Nazi Germany; it's just TOO damn good to be true. There's FAR too much detail in the wrong places, and far too little in the right ones. It's a mishmash of every History Channel documentary program and coffee-table book about the Holocaust and the SS you ever saw.
THAT'S why Harker selfpublished - a decent editor would have thrown him out the door followed by his manuscript at head height. It's a fake, a fraud, a shill - LOL - Designed to part you from $26US of your money.
And OF COURSE that's why he can't give ANYONE ANY proof of the existence of "Rolf Otto Schiller" - because it's simply not there to give. He didn't exist!
AND there's more proof to come. Mike Miller - who Harker's sockpuppets were complete sh1t to on Amazon when he doubted the existence of Michael Beals...who JUST incidently is "uncontactable" ANYWHERE...? - is presently doing a line-by-line dissection and will publish soon.
Just ONE little taster - Rolf Schiller manages to have a conversation with someone who was TWO YEARS DEAD by the time of the discussion!!!
Did you read the Amazon comments? Where Harker's sockpuppets threatened to get Mike sacked for anti-Semitism??? Strangely enough - Harker's little slander never appeared...
