This tends to contradict the "efficiency" of the Nazi Party. I mean if that truly was their goal I'd expect it would have gotten under way a lot sooner as you pointed out. Why wait 6 years into your administration and then begin the liquidations? Your point reinforces the idea that the liquidations were a cause and effect of the war in Poland.
